What topics or formats have others used to fulfill this requirement?

Hey there,
I am a new residency director at Creighton but wanted to chime in as we just decided on our topic for this year. We try to do a topic that spans our mentors for our geriatric, pediatric, neuro, ortho, and sports residencies and OT fellowships. This year we are doing continuing ed on the master adaptive learner content. Iām sure it looks different for each residency program. Looking forward to hearing what other respond with.

We have used mentor training that exists on APTA Learning, but have also done some group topics like Rashelle indicated.There have also been some mentor trainings through the med school/fellowship programs at our hospitals that we have used before as well.
