End of the Year (EOY) Report- 2024

Hello State Advocates/ Co-Advocates,

Hope you’re all doing well. It’s the end of the year and we are ALL required to complete the end of the year (EOY) report for 2024. It’s mandatory for all SAs/Co-SAs. If you have more than one SA in your state, you can fill out the form on behalf of your Co-SA.
DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER, 30th.
